The Nikitczuk’s | New Jersey Wedding

we began the saturday of the nikitczuk’s wedding super excited and ended the night feeling just the same. the day seemed to flow flawlessly, but even if it hadn’t, we’re not sure these two would have even noticed– both were just so eager to begin their marriage, regardless of what came of the wedding. it was such an honor to bear witness to these two becoming one– one of my favorite ceremonies to date! the bride and groom chose to see each other before the ceremony with their families looking on. we laugh now, but in photographing this sweet moment, we caught not only the couple brushing away tears but also each other. The whole day was defined by overwhelming joy. we’re certain the years of marriage that follow this wedding will hold just the same. God bless you in your journey together!

whitney and kevin | princeton engagement

whitney and kevin are sweet friends of ours and we could not be happier for their upcoming marriage. we met up with them in princeton– where they were first engaged. every square inch of princeton’s campus is a photo opportunity and this couple turned each opportunity into a potential magazine spread! i’m not sure there’s a poor shot of these two in the bunch– their inner beauty overflows

tj and ariel | new jersey engagement

we are constantly amazed at the creativity of our couples and tj and ariel are no exception. we cannot even wait until tj and ariel’s august wedding and all the beautiful details that will come gushing out! from mismatched dishes reserved for the reception to “hey, there’s this barn with blue doors over here…” we are excited about this couple. more than that though was the obvious love they have for one another– it was our pleasure to document. tj and ariel, we hope you enjoy these photos for fifty years to come! see y’all in august!!

the dickersons | new jersey wedding

2011 is officially the year of the laid-back bride, and this wedding just solidified it. we couldn’t help but enjoy ourselves at steve and sandi’s wedding– from his dad officiating the ceremony to her dad singing at the reception, and everything in between! our favorite part was sneaking away with the newlyweds to washington rock– where steve proposed. this park boasts amazing views (and drop offs) and we’re so thankful for the new shot location (and that no one fell off the hillside–just being real). congratulations steve and sandi! we hope italy was amazing and the years ahead even better.

kalinna and elliott | new jersey engagement

this shoot was such a breeze! we were super excited when kalinna and elliott chose hoboken, nj as their shoot location. It fits their personality perfectly. we had a blast capturing the joy between these two and stomping around hoboken with them. we can’t wait until june 2012! congratulations you guys– see you soon!

Helms | New Jersey Wedding

who would have thought that our first farm wedding would take place in NJ? complete with square dancing! paul and abby were the picture of grace and love even in the midst of a mid-ceremony rain shower. we loved uncovering all the detail treasures that this bride included on her special day — everything pointed to this couple’s style and their love for one another. we wish you years and years of wedded bliss! hope paris was amazing, paul and abby!

Kristina and Nekko | Southern Engagement

We’ve been excited to get this post up for a while now! Nekko and Kristina were great to work with and so evidently in love with one another. We grew teary-eyed listening to their proposal story and how committed these two are to their families. We started our day early and shot their engagement session just north of Atlanta– before the southern sun could bake us. We look forward to capturing their wedding in southern Alabama and surround ourselves with southern accents and charm again!
